I am a senior consultant with over 15 years experience; and I excel at marrying the business goals of my clients with the needs of their customers.

I've led multi-disciplinary teams, facilitating strategic planning, discovery and requirements gathering processes, concept development and detailed interaction design, and have a talent for working collaboratively and openly with clients and team members to create useful, usable and successful end-products.

While at Nokia, I conducted UI and usability work for multimedia applications on Nseries mobile devices. Prior to that, I worked with two leading Web agencies, schark!/T4G and Fjord Interactive, for over 7 years and was responsible for leading user-centred design for sites, applications and products for brands such as Tourism BC, Canadian Tourism Commission, Ericsson, Cingular, Parks Canada, Ballard Power Systems, BC Hydro, Manitoba Telecom, Hitachi Digital Storage Solutions, Algorithmics, General Motors Canada, the oneworld airline alliance and canada.com.
